Guidance:
Seafarers need go to Shanghai PuJiang Entry-Exist Inspection and Quarantine Bureau for one-year physical examination and quarantination. Then 2 2-cun colorful photos (without mustache) with white background and personal ID are needed for these certificates.
The following 3 hospitals can be referred to for the two-year Health Certificate
1.Shanghai Seafarers Hospital.
2.Shanghai Channel Hospital.
3.Shanghai Changhai Hospital.
