        On November 25, 2014. SINOSHIP organized all the crew who need to go taking over of new ship to join the training before working. In the training room of company, the leaders of training department, C/E Shuming Wu, Captain Guoping Liu and Captain Jiajian Wang managed this process. Manager Jiang come to the site and made the important guidance and talking.

         Manager Jiang emphasized this is the first cooperation between SINOSHIP and shipowner company, same to the ship manage company to manage the new ship. So this is the first cooperation of our three companies! This is significant, we all focus on it. SINOSHIP should put the service on the first place as a crew company at any time. And always implement the idea of "Shipowner Company is the god". Everyone here is best of choosing, so he trust the crew can finish the mission satisfactorily.

         Then Manager Jiang made the important directions for the following works.

          Next Captain Jiajian Wang made the mobilization before working, he called all the crew considering the problems in advance. Before the end he compared this work to battle, the history told us, who plans more, who win!

          C/E Shuming Wu and Captain Guoping Liu impart their all experience about shipping to the crew. They teach the deck department and  engine department respectively, answered the crew's questions carefully. Their guidance got the crew's approve, the smiles appeared on the crew's face all along.

          At last the leaders who will go working soon on the ship deployed the following work one by one, and required the seamen prepare the plans before working, made sure everything can be right after they board the ship.
